I can highly recommended PRM to provide many services related to Emergency Preparedness services through to High Risk Training as well as Contract FSO duties. Their team are highly respected across our four hospital sites by over 1000 staff as PRM’s staff are passionate, knowledgeable and skilled in many areas and as a result have allowed our facilities to not just meet the various base standards but has allowed us to operate at a much higher level. We moved much of our critical Fire Training, Annual Fire Safety Statements, High Risk Training (Heights, Confined Space and Permits) as well as provide us Fire Safety Officer duties from various other companies all to PRM purely due to the high standard that PRM provides with all their services.

I first met the PRM Training team back in February 2012 to help with some risk assessments in High Risk Work areas and focus particularly on work at heights. We had recently been audited and found we had some issues that needed some professional advice on and needed some ideas on how to best manage these problems. Aaron and his team helped develop a very detailed risk assessment that referred to the relevant parts of the WHS Act and Regulations and Codes of Practice, coupled with the identified issues were also suggestions following the Hierarchy of Controls that were sensible and well thought though and very analytical in their approach. This allowed us to take this information to senior management within the organisation and tap into investment capital that was needed to overcome many issues. The initial risk assessment allowed us to invest in gangways and platforms in areas where we previously had very little control. This then flowed then into the purchasing of our own on site Boon Lift to overcome other access areas for day to day maintenance work. Whilst some of these investments and controls were being implemented the PRM team also provided training in work at heights rescue applications and we then invested in a training plan that allowed all our trades team to use rescue equipment, respond to emergency situations and develop detailed JSEA’s. The best part of this training was it was hands on and the teams loved the experience and appreciated the wealth of knowledge displayed by the trainers………..overall rating ” First Class”. Whilst we believe we have covered most of the potential risks associated with working at heights on site now, we still come across the odd problem and use the PRM team to help iron out any issues. They are always available and ready to help and provide valuable input into this high risk process. Nothing is a problem and any product they deliver is always delivered on time and on budget with all parties happy with the end result.
I have no hesitation in recommending the PRM Training team to any organisation needing any help with their Safety Systems or High Risk Work activities.

Many thanks to Aaron and the team from PRM Training for your help, advice and continued support of Ronald McDonald House in Orange. This support and service provided is professional and invaluable. PRM training provides our volunteers and staff with critical knowledge to enable us to work safely, support our families, and to ensure that we have comprehensive and compliant Emergency Procedures in place. We look forward to many more years of partnering with PRM Training
I am writing to thank you for your generosity in coordinating the Fire, Safety and Emergency Response Training for the staff at the Asylum Seekers Centre which took place this week. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for providing the training pro bono. The ASC provides support and services for people seeking asylum to enable them to become independent and valued members of the community. As 98% of our revenue comes from fundraising, the generosity and support of companies like yourselves allows us to channel those funds directly to the areas most in need. Please pass on a very special thank you to Scott Henderson. Scott provided humorous, practical and informed training to the ASC staff and was extremely professional. He was able to highlight the many building defects and safety issues that need to be addressed and are already underway. Once again, thank you and we look forward to continuing our relationship with PRM.

I have worked closely with the PRM Training team over the past 18 months to develop Emergency Preparedness capabilities across 15 regional TAFE NSW campuses in the Hunter and Central Coast regions. Aaron and his team were initially contracted to develop and install Evacuation Diagrams across our facilities compliant to AS 3745 2010. The Evacuation Diagrams were drawn up by PRM Training for 15 of our regional campuses and were all delivered both in time and under budget. The Diagrams are very detailed and are an exceptionally professional and well-designed product. We have also engaged PRM Training to provide Emergency Exercises and Warden Training across our campuses. Both Aaron and Rod are knowledgeable and engaging Emergency professionals who have been very visible at our sites and have been well received by our staff. Aaron and Rod have both been instrumental in the development of our Warden and Emergency Preparedness capabilities across multiple campuses and their ‘high touch’ proactive approach has added significant value. PRM Training have substantially influenced the way we do things at both an operational and strategic level. In addition to the Evacuation Diagrams and the engaging approach to Emergency Exercises and Warden Training, PRM Training have partnered closely with both myself and management stakeholders to develop a Regional Emergency Planning Committee as a consultative work group to further develop our Emergency Preparedness capabilities. Aaron and Rod have both worked closely with this Committee to guide continuous improvement initiatives and the knowledge and guidance they have shared has allowed us to get some substantial improvements over the line. I have no hesitation to recommend PRM Training to any organisation and cannot stress enough the value that they continue to provide TAFE NSW.
